Author & Presenter Guidelines

General

  • Be respectful and inclusive; follow the code of conduct.
  • Arrive early to your session to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Use clear visuals and sufficiently large fonts.
  • Test your media in advance; bring a backup on USB.

Oral Presentations

  • Presentation time: 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A.
  • Slide aspect ratio: 16:9.
  • Keep text concise; prefer diagrams and bullet points.

Manuscript Formatting

  • Use the official manuscript template (DOCX) provided below.
  • Export to PDF for final checks before submitting.
  • File naming: Lastname_Firstname_Forum2026.
